How to invest in gold bars
To buy Gold Bars online and in our showroom, we require your name, address, email address and phone number. For single orders over £5,000 we will also require a copy of photo ID such as driving licence or passport and a proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 3 months. You can pay by debit card, transfer of funds, bitcoin or cash in our showroom. Once funds are cleared, your order will be dispatched promptly. If you have chosen to collect your Gold Bars then call us in advance to arrange a suitable time for collection from our store in London.
London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) accredited good delivery gold bars
Sharps Pixley stock various sizes and weights of gold bars at competitive premiums above the underlying gold spot price at the time of transaction. We only offer our clients Sharps Pixley branded gold bars produced by two of the world’s most reputable and established refineries; Valcambi and Argor Heraeus. All of our bars are the highest purity 999.9 gold bars from LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) approved good delivery (GDL) refineries.

What is the difference between minted and cast gold bars?
At Sharps Pixley, we offer both minted gold bars and cast gold bars, depending on the size of bar you are interested in. It is usually the smaller denomination gold bars, such as the 1g to 100g gold bars that are minted and the larger bars from 100g to 1kg are cast. We offer investors both cast and minted 100g gold bars, depending on your preference. All our gold bars include the assay mark or mint mark from the manufacturer, either Valcambi or Argor Heraeus.
Vaulting your gold bars
Alternatively you can choose the security and convenience or storing you your gold bars in our vault or in a Sharps Pixley safe deposit box. Both of our storage options are 100% underwritten by Lloyds of London, and can offer peace of mind to all investors knowing their investment is safe, secure and fully insured.
